How to play dave's party piece on Intelliflex ?

Hi ! ,

I wanna learn dave's party piece ...
I got the tab and i know the delay is 369 ms to each dotted 16th note ...
I really dont have a clue how to set this on my rocktron intelliflex any1 have an idea how to do this ? It just doesnt sound good ... :s:s
