I MUST learn to sight read!! - I need HELP!!!

I REALLY need guidance in learning how to sight read guitar music. No one in my town can do it so I can't get lessons.

I'm DESPERATE, I'll practice 12 hours a day if I have to but I need help. I can sight read for violing OK, but guitar seems so much less linear.
