I need a good solid workout

i own the following books........

Classic Blues Licks

John Petrucci: Rock Discipline

Speed Mechanics For Lead Guitar

and i also own 2 tab books:

Jimi Hendrix Are you experienced

Metallica Black Album

Things i am having problems with:

1. Muteing strings as i am going down towards the lower strings....

2. I have a hard time doing pulloffs

3.Squels

I just need a good solid 3 hour work out that will work with all 3 books...i have been making noise with the guitar for awhile but never was serious untill recently and i need a good work out plan...

Thats no good! damnit.
I cant see why so many think this is a good thing to do!
You cant use that in your playing ... ! Its just ugly , only thing you learn is to play like a machine...

no good . why not make your own excercises..? or play the scales..
