My summer practise schedule...to be shared?

Hello,

I'm currently away from college for the summer visiting my g/f in texas.

This has left me with lots of practise time while she is out at work and college herself

Lately i've been somewhat frustrated at what i'm practising so I sat down and really scratched my head and wrote down exactly what I wanted to thouroughly learn and practise.

And I had an epiphany...it all became so clear. For a long time i've known what I should be doing but collecting it into a reasonable practise system has eluded me. I mean I'm not talking about being a beginer or anything..i am doing jazz +contemporary music degree, but still I think even quite advanced players have holes/gaps in their knowlege technique but think oh well i can fix it later. I was thinking this - but the real reason for me, has been i just didn't know where to start.

So now i'm set for the summer, and i am going to post what and how i'm practising on the forum for people to hopefuly get some use out of.

It wont exactly be a lesson...well i'm not going to portray it as a lesson, so its not going to be for beginers, but if you have been thinking to yourself "ahh what do i need to practise and how!?!" then it might be useful for you.

More than anything it will be useful for me to do because it will be rehashing what i've done makiong it futher stick to memory, a good documentation of the day/weeks work.

Anyway i'll post an overview that i created first. The actual postings will come over the next week.

Once again, I hope it is useful for some people, and if you have been swamped with so much to do and not knowing where to start..i hope it becomes clear.

Bye!
