Need something to practice for tech. - yup yup yup..

I have been playing for like 4 years now.. But lately I just haven't been practicing at all.

I need some things to get my tech. up to snuff. I was trying to learn Eugenes trickbag.... I got the beginning but getting into the faster part is hard and I have a problem remembering the notes and whatnot.

Any Ideas to make playing that song, and stuff like it, easier?

Thanks

youve probably thought of this already, but a good place to go for building technique is JP's "Rock Discipline". you cant beat it for a good technical work out IMO.

I would advise against "Rock Discipline"; it's oriented more towards establishing chops. *Frank Gambale's video is much better; he'll have you doing everything Petrucci does and more.
