Re: rescue my technuque

All I can tell you is to practice man, there aren't really any shortcuts. Just practice your legato a lot. Here are some exercises:

E-2h4h5--2h4h5--

E-8h10p8p5--8h10p8p5--

E-8p4h5h7p5p4-8p4h5h7p5p4-

E-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------5h7h8p5h7h8-|
B---------------------------------------------------------------------------------5h7h8p5h7h8---------------------|
G-------------------------------------------------------------4h5h7p4h5h7-----------------------------------------|
D-----------------------------------------4h5h7p4h5h7-------------------------------------------------------------|
A---------------------5h7h9p5h7h9---------------------------------------------------------------------------------|
E-5h7h9p5h7h9-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------|

Don't just practice these once and call it a day, it will be useless unless you consistently practice them. Play them with a metronome and alternate between eighth note triplets and sixteenth note triplets, increase the speed every once in a while. Just keep doing it until your hand gets sore and then switch to something else for a little bit.

EDIT: Oh, and try to incorporate some right handed tapping in there, too.
