I think it's a flanger but I am not sure. anyone know??

You could get a flanger to sound like that, but it's more likely a tremolo/symphonic ensemble effect or a fast chorus.

I think ( almost sure ), that is a vocoader, the same effect of livin' on a prayer, the thimg stuck in his mouth

I'm sorry i thought in "it's my life"...anyway..."always", is like a chotus or detunner, but i think the key of that sound is has no much distortion, like an overdrive or distorted but whit the volume knob in 3 or 2...(

It's more like a vibrato or uni-vibe effect on that song.

I think the actual device is a melatron or so it says in the msuic book. However you can get a very simliar effect with a rotary effect or univibe thing as mentioned earlier

A Mellotron isn't an effect. It's a keyboard-driven instrument from the lates '60s that used little tape loops for each note.
As i said, it's either a Leslie rotary speaker or simulated effect like a roto-vibe. Given the budget that they had in the studio, my guess is it was probably a genuine rotary speaker.
