Some sweep suggestions?

Alright, i'll make this post simpler than most of my others. I've just gotten into sweeping and have been doing pretty okay so far. The only two sweeps I know are ones i've made up from my knowledge of classical music theory that I learned three years ago.
Code:

|----------2-5-2---------|-----------10-14-10----------|
|--------3-------3-------|--------12----------12-------|
|------2-----------2-----|-----11----------------11----|
|----4---------------4---|--12----------------------12-|
|--5-------------------5-|-----------------------------|
|------------------------|-----------------------------|
Now i'm pretty dry on ideas and cant make any more. Can someone show me some sweeps similar to those (in difficulty) or link me to a good list of sweeps?

P.S. Tabs to the intro of Smoke and Mirrors by Simphony X does not apply

Ive never seen anyone play that as well as him, when he does it, it just seems to flow so damned smooth . Its so sad to think of what he could have done, or hopefully will still eventually be capable of.

Yeah, theres a few people on youtube that nail it pritty good, but they never seem to quite get it. I still can't figure out how Jason gets that pinky tap slide part to sorta sound like a, well, hmm, hard to describe, sorta sounds like a little dog bark, or a "yelp", so sick it hurts to watch.

heres a few more unorthadox sweeps that I love because they sound really cool and, well, sometimes creepy. the 2nd one is very Dream Theater. Good luck, there a bitch. If that low B it to hard to hit on that F#madd9/B , you don't have to play it and it becomes a Amaj7/F# but still sounds as creepy as all hell.

Re: Some sweep suggestions?

Sound The Surrender by Darkest Hour has a pretty cool sweep solo that you could try and work on. The positions aren't that tricky, just a fairly nippy tempo. Also their guitarist has an instructional dvd, with some decent sweep positions/exercises to try.

Gimme a PM and I'll email the guitarpro for the above song, and/or the pdf file with the exercises on.

Mark.

This is a cool one that I ripped off from Joe Stump. Tip flip to neck pickup before playing.

That one was very cool, but somehow it reminds me A LOT of one of the Super Mario games! I think it's at the end where you jump to the flagpole or something? Maybe that's why it's so cool. The game is filled with cool music! Even very progressive at times!!

Re: Some sweep suggestions?

Code:

E|----------8∧-12h-12∨-p8-----------|
B|--------10∧------------∨10--------|
G|------9∧-----------------∨9-------|
D|----10∧--------------------∨10----|
A|--12∧------------------------∨12--|
E|----------------------------------|

∧ - upstroke
∨ = downstroke
h = hammer
p = pulloff
This is more of an exercise than anything, but it might help to tighten up the picking hand and make it smoother. Quite a simple arpeggio but I'll explain it:

1: Starting at the 12th fret on the A string, downstroke until you hit the 8th fret of the E string
2: Hammer on to the 12th, then reverse the pick to a downstroke (also at the 12th)
3: Pulloff onto the 8th and then continue the downstroke back to the starting starting note
4: Repeat until you're bored

*Go through it slowly at first until it's perfect
*Don't cheat -- use your little finger!
*Move the shape around from minor to major, plus anything interesting you can come up with.
