Question

Steve's Xavian scale

Hi everybody,

I remember reading in an old magazine, that Steve Vai developed a scale called the 'Xavian' scale. This would be around the time of Sex & religion. Does anybody know anything about that?

Re: Steve's Xavian scale

Thanks a lot! That's really great, interesting reading! And it's a lot, too. I've been reading for like fifteen minutes and I'm about halfway through now.

The part on meditation is especially interesting. As for the Xavian scale... That's really interesting, how he came up with that. He really is a musical genius!

Thanks again!
