This was one of my first sweep workouts I done , this helped me out big time! , its a
vinnie Moore workout , its basically arpeggios cycled through the harmonised scale , once you've got this down sweeping these arpeggios will come 2nd nature to you , and you'll be able to sight read pieces with these arpeggios in , sorry if I'm patronising you , you may be an amazing arpeggio master , but this is a workout that helped me out alot so im posting it so you or anyone else can maybe benefit from it

The reason the last note of the arpeggio is played twice is so it fits in to the triplet count ,
This is one of thje workouts i used when i got into arpeggio playing , set your self exercises ,for example
1 . Down up each arp
2. Up down each arp
3. Up one down next
4. Down one up next.
Then try repeat all of those steps but sequence them in 3s.
