OK boys and girls. *Here's what you've all (at least two or three) been waiting for. *The tough part of this one is sitting down and tabbing it out. *
I'm not going to tab out the entire solo, since a lot of it is just melody and artificial harmonics. *What I will help you with is that one really hard tapping run at the middle of it.
The reason this tapping run is so hard is two-fold.
- first, it requires a lot of alternating between picking and tapping
- secondly, it requires dexterity of the pinky and middle fingers. *Traditionally, guitarists have string index and ring fingers, this makes this run even harder.
The most important part of this run is to read it over a few times and play slowly, watching where your fingers natural play fastest.
Here's the tab

Unfortunately, I'm away from home and do not have my JEM, but I've recorded how the solo should sound on my RG, you can hear it by clicking here

and clicking on JUICESOLO.WAV
Hope this helps guys. *One other tip: *I find it a lot easier to play this with a bigger pick than usual.
