"Tune down your guitar to E-Flat" means what?

That is a note that I found attached to some GWAR tab I was looking at (Salaminizer).

Does that mean tune all strings down a half step?

Or just the low E string (similar to "drop D")?

Or what?

Thanks.

Standard tuning is E. Tune each string down a half-step = Eb (flat).

E (low) string becomes Eb
A string becomes Ab
D string becomes Db
G string becomes dirty (sorry Gb)
B string become Bb
E (high) string becomes Eb

It's easy if you don't have a floating trem, and a tuner that can be set to tune a down-tuned guitar.
