Seems like your covering a lot of areas.
Im not really sure what i can tell you too add, but ill post mine and maybe you can use it or parts to use in your own etc.

I basically do the same one everyday.
It started out as a 7-8 hour workout then i felt like i was burning out so i shortend it and heres what i have now.

Warm Ups And Finger Independence
·Alternate picking through arpeggioss 15 Minutes 30 Minutes
·Chromatics all up the neck 15 Minutes
5-MINUTE BREAK

Single String Picking

·Page 17 - Exercise 25 15 Minutes 30 Minutes
·Page 18 - Exercise 26 15 Minutes
5-MINUTE BREAK

Bursts

·Paul Gilbert lick 15 Minutes
·A minor Pentatonic lick 15 Minutes 30 Minutes
5-MINUTE BREAK

Leading With An Upstroke
·Page 22 - Exercise 39 15 Minutes
·Page 22 - Exercise 40 15 Minutes
·Page 22 - Exercise 41 15 Minutes 45 Minutes

5-MINUTE BREAK

Building Speed – Cyclic Patterns

·Page 39 - Exercise 97 15 Minutes
·Page 39 - Exercise 98 15 Minutes 45 Minutes
·Page 40 - Exercise 103 15 Minutes
5-MINUTE BREAK

Sweeping Arpeggios

·Page 48 - Exercise 124 15 Minutes
·Page 49 - Exercise 126 15 Minutes 45 Minutes
·Major/Minor sweeps
through a progression 15 Minutes

Basically i use that which works out at at just over 4 hours. The parts that say "Page xxx Excersise xxx" is just from a book of mine, so i just refere to that rather than writing all the licks out.

Then i spend time on the following

-Work out a riff/part of a song
-Work out the key of a song/s
-Improvise over backing tracks
-Jam to songs.

I spend any amount of time on the 4 things above.

I basically did double that before but i felt this way once im done i could of played for about 6 hours. And i normally may split it up so i do a couple of hours, then chill for a bit then maybe do another couple etc.

Id love to spend all day playing but im going back to school in a week or so (on holidays atm) and also i feel it isnt good to sit down all day every day
