where should i start with music theory?

hi guys umm where should i start with music theory ive been playing for 2 years an i wana start getting into it more now cause i wana get better lol :] im new here really cool sight too thx

You should definitely start with learning how to read sheet music.

To be able to sight read (reading the music as you play it, first go) is quite difficult and takes a lot of time to master.

It's not something that comes overnight and can be quite difficult to get your head around if you do not have a musical background.

I would say that you should get a teacher for them. Reading about it can be very confusing to understand.
