Jemfest 2001 Videos to Change

Get them while you can. *Due to server space issues on Jemfest.com, I'm forced to remove the videos and re-compress them into a smaller format to save this valuable space. *The videos will be the same length in time, but quality will be compromised in the process.

I'll begin tonight, so act quick to get the high quality ones if you haven't already. *I've been called from the hosting company to size down within 24 hours about 20 hours ago so time is short.

Ken's site is apparently down, so his video links are not working right now. *We should be able to host them from our site once the re-compression is complete.

This is Ken Burtch's 1st song from Jemfest 99. *In fact, I think this is the first time he's EVER played live... correct Ken? *BTW - Ken is scheduled to be at Jemfest 2002 in Orlando... don't miss it people!

Hopefully, I've allocated near unlimited server space so I might be able to do EVERY song of EVERY artist that we have on video to upload. *Stay tuned.

I'm trying to keep the audio quality HIGH while keeping the video as good as I can to save space. *I've been practicing with many apps and compression schemes.

Um. Partially correct. It's the first I had ever performed *those songs* live.

Vid wasn't working for me. It appeared to download, but all I got was a black screen and no audio.

The 3.5 minute, 9.5MB video works just fine for me. *Try Quicktime.

I was using Quicktime. I had to d/l the file instead of trying to view it from the server. That's what I get for trying to use a Mac product plug-in with a Microsoft browser.

Question: *Can we improve video quality a tad bit more? *I can't see EXACTLY what Eric's doing with his fingers. *

This is one of my favorite acts from Jemfest 2001, Stephanie's Religion is on it's way up. *There are a total of 8 songs, but I'm only putting up the first 3 until I can solidify our space issues.
