this event is looking to be a smash hit. I just updated the FIRST post w/ all the announcements. Simon, you can click the EDIT icon on the first message to do it yourself since you created it.
I also added a forum specific announcement in case this gets lost in the shuffle... glen

Simon, have you found a van yet?
If not I might be able to sort one out if you can supply the driver.
Just a few details:
How big dya need it?
Can it be returned on the Sunday at the same time its picked up Saturday?
Which area would it be best to pick it up from?
Let me know
Julio
p.s Would you have a spare hard case as I will be taking the js90 in a gigbag?

Frankly I feel this is a really well organized event! *This is why we didn't call it a mini-Jemfest. *There are just too many interested parties to make it 'mini'! *
This is really great that we have so many interested people for a long overdue Jemfest in Europe. *I was looking into plane tickets and I can't find anything cheaper than $600 so it looks like I'll pass on attending this one. *Take tons of pictures!
You're doing a kick-ass job Simon!

Heres a thought....
What if we set up a part where we can put stuff we wanna sell? Gadgets, cd´s, stompboxes, books...even guitars.
They can be put up for sale with a reserve price. This reserve price goes on a sheet and you can put your bid on this sheet. The winning bid amount *above the reserve goes to MANF.
Does this make sense? Is it feasable?
Just an idea. What dya think?
Julio
P.s I cant believe I've done the whole post without an emoticon!
