Jemfest Australia 2007

Jemfest Australia is being planned

The first southern hemipshere Jemfest will be held in Melbourne, Australia early-ish next year.

I am currently looking into venues in Melbourne and would be interested in hearing from anybody who knows of a good venue. I am looking for a central venue with good travel links and of course with a stage and a bar!

At the moment I especially want to hear recommendations from people who know good venues in Melbourne

Looking for 200 people venue
has a bar
a stage
preferably a built in PA system

better still you have a personal contact with the owner!

Wouldn't sydney be the better place to hold it? It's in the middle of everything. Plus im too cheap to fly to melbourne

Sorry, thats one I can't help you with.....my house isn't too small but not quite big enough for a Jemfest.
