June will come quickly. As I write I am very near to purchasing a 32 channel, 8 buss mixer. Mics and cables are covered. Speakers and some
power amps, house and monitor, will likely be rented. Etc, etc….
In the very near future I will be asking people near to Houston or Orlando or are driving down to the fest for gear donation. After I collaborate with Gabe, Kevan and Bill, I will come up with a specific list of needs. Gear will only be used during the weekend of the fest and returned, unless someone wants to donate something to be owned by Jemfest Inc. In that case it would be tax deductible.
An early assessment sees a need for the following…
Electronic cross-over (s), power amps, mic stands and stage monitors.
