JF2002 T-shirt Ideas! Post 'em Here!

I can't believe we didn't get to you guys yet! I'm sorry for that- we've been hella-busy trying to get this awesome event togther for ya.

We've got a few designs in the works right now, but, as we do every year, we'd really like to see what the graphic-guru's here can come up with. This year we're gonna keep it simple: a heavy-duty black t-shirt with a white design on the back (maybe something on the front; site logo?).

Anyway, we've got just under two weeks, so when you guys have the time, put some ideas together and post the lo-res versions here. If we choose your design, we'll send you a FREE shirt! (yes- even overseas)

I am not a photoshop pro, so I have to write my idea. If you're looking for something simple, yet cool, I think you should use the Jem "blueprint" of the back of the shirt, with the Jemfest logo on the front.

what about...

The jemfest logo on the front (same position as last year)

On the back...
Have the first blueprint that Kirk shows and then have all the bands names in black over the blueprint

and "Jemfest Orlando 2002"

Cheers

Simon

yea i did get it right ooooooops

i clicked on the mailto link on the contact page the first time round.

maybe he didnt reply cos i started talkin about egos and how i was goin to keep mine check as i got older!

it was because during a conversation during the post jam drink i commented on how some musicians massage their own egos toooo much. i said i hate that and balducci agreed.

annnnnnyway, my point is maybe rob didnt remember and thought "why is this kid chatting crap bout egos! i'm staying away from this weird bastard!!!"

or maybe.....

he is a busy guy!

peace out

Alright! Sounds like a great idea. I'm cleaning up the pic now. I'll try to transpose it tonight to a digital shirt.

Thanks for the suggestions!

If i may make a suggestion, why not put the Jemfest logo in the middle on the front, or full-width across the chest? In the left "breast pocket" location, it gets hidden by your strap if you're wearing it while playing!

That's a good point, and I also like the logo/blueprint/band names idea.

I like a Jemfest/site logo on the breast pocket idea and perhaps a (realistic looking) drawing of a Jem and a Universe on the back. Above the Drawing could read "Jemfest 2002" in bold print above the back picture. In smaller, bold print below the picture, place both web addresses for Jemsite and Jemfest. I won't be able to attend again this year but have a great and safe time!

Glad this one popped up again.

IMHO, this year's shirts were the classiest by far, and thereby my favorite (this is coming from a guy who is selling his snot on ****.)

Kevan and I both have shirts to sell.

They are $15.00 each + shipping. There are 2 designs. One with the Jemfest 2002 bands list on back, and the other with the Jem body blueprint design. Both have the Jemfest logo on the front upper left breast. These shirts are white print on a heavy black T-shirt.

When I get home I'll count how many of each I have and also post pictures of each shirt type. I know the Large size is very close to gone. Plenty of XL's left.

If you buy in large quantities we might be able to lower the price per shirt.

Thanks,
Gabe
