In the past, people have come from as far away as France- Loic Peoch came to Jemfest'99.

Couldn't agree more. *Even though I have never been to JemFest before, it will be the first JemFest with Two Canadians in attendance. *I just hope that all I've heard aboot Jemfest is true, eh? *

Do yourself a favor. Downplay the hype. Don't "hope" for anything. It's an event you'll want to experience along the way. It's one of the greatest events I've ever been to, but not because of the guitars or the performances. It's all about vibe and conversations. That, and getting a map before you decide to try and pick someone or something up at the airport... :rotf:

Along with my band I hope to be dragging a few more beer drinking guitar playing bods across the pond!
