The Jemfest 2006 Thread!

hey guys!

i'm here in Orlando at Jemfest with K**** G**** and G*** N********, and we're having a blast already! if any of you guys get here tonight or early tomorrow, have the front desk look up G**** and come on down to the room.

here's what's up for raffle this year:

Ibanez has also lent us a Thermion Full Stack for testing out! so come out this weekend!

First year I've missed since Vegas, but, this torn heel of mine just does not like to clutch. I'm having a painful enough time getting around SJ!

yeah, i heard about that, Rich. that does suck

. a lot of people who wanted to be here couldn't make it, but we're still trying to have a blast, and succeeding!

the performances so far have been amazing. Fernando Pareta was incredible. he was playing on an Ibanez Talman with lipstick pickups (oh yes, she will be mine), and man could he play. about 20 minutes ago Mike Martin just got done with his soundcheck, playing both a 6 string and a 7 string EBMM, and right now i just heard that Shane Regal showed up, and i think i hear him tearing some frets up right now, so, i'm outta here

Your were definitely missed. Many references were made to your assistance when thank-you's were announced. Besides, I needed you there to tell my what I did wrong assembling my new 7 string (again, your fault!) Next year, bro!
