What logo are you using... - ???

Dave- since the move to this..ahem...software, with it's inability to upload images, we haven't posted about logos. *The "old" forum doesn't allow for new posts, so...the issue has been forgotten. *But not by me!

We're still looking for logos. *If you'd like, you can email me your ideas (nothing over 200KB please). *Unfortunately, unless you have your own hosting, they won't be presented for all to check out on this Forum.

Keep 'em comin'....if this software doesn't hinder you. *

In the meantime you guys can as post stuff in the upload area. Or better yet post image links here (as seen below). Web sites are FREE for joe public. I can also supply a CGI file to allow you to have a dedicated upload area on ANY site, takes 5 minutes to setup on a CGI enabled web host. Lemme know... glen

Darren, what is the Ibanez font name. I would like to use it on Darren J.s site. Thanks.

As far as i know, the Ibanez wordmark is hand-lettered. It has enough small details in it that make me think it was probably designed and drawn by hand pre-Mac. I don't know of any digital typeface that looks similar.

For the Jemfest identity concept i put together, i traced/reconstructed it manually from a few pieces i found, and created the extra characters i needed by carefully copying, pasting and mimicking parts of the existing letterforms.
