A New Song Me And My Band Are Working on (YES IT HAS A SOLO)

Hey dudes

This is a track me and my band are working on at the moment,

we are in the process of recording it at my home studio, thus far nothing in this recording is going to be a keeper, we are going topiece together a song then re record all the bits properly.

The drums are soundfonts to make it easy on the drummer, he can then say put a fill here and see if this or that works, etc

The Bass was recorded by me on a crappy Ibanez Ergodyne 4string that i got Cheap for 100 bux, the bassist wasnt playing. He will record his bit later.

we havent finished writing lyrics or a vocal chorus yet and we still arent sure of the structure of the song.

I was bored at home tonight so i thought id adlib a solo over the song, the solo starts at 1:12 and its a mix of satriani and michael angelo I know i went overboard but i just thought id do it to show some of you guys what i am up to these days,

The band im in draws a lot of influences from the band 'Disturbed' and i draw most of my influences from Petrucci, Satriani, Vai, Paul Gilbert and Michael Angelo.

I used my VAMP-Pro straight into my 8in 8 out DSP24 card at 92khz,

Let me know what you think, I still need to mix it down and do a heap of stuff but i think its a good starting point

**Cliff notes**
The solo is at 1:12

No one can let you take your WHAT?! The song ends before your singer finishes that sentence!

Cool song. I really like your rhythm sound--smooth and big, with a bit of a honk.
