I was very confused for about 5 minutes. i watched the video of the police sh!t and then decided to watch some other videos and when i came back this thread was about something completely different

Lawsuit for what? Refusing to show your ID when asked as required by every University Campus in the country? Or for refusing to comply with lawful orders, being beligerant, then cursing out and spitting at them and trying to incite a riot with his pathetic screams? What an idiot, those Cops demonstrated amazing restraint. How many more times could they have asked him to get up and leave, yet he wanted to lay on the ground and kick, scream, and cry. They even told him point blank numerous times, to get up or you are going to get the tazer. Don't forget, this all started when he entered and refused to show his ID, the person at the counter had no choice but call the authorities. Off topic by now though probably...

I agree and won't sully this thread by going off topic (after this), but I am thoroughly familiar with how a tazer works. It works like this, cops tell you to do something, if you don't do it, they shock the bejeezus out of you. 2 things, he was warned NUMEROUS times, and also, don't forget, an employee of the library CALLED the cops to come and handle this, they didn't just appear out of thin air.
