When i try download a file it says i can;t download anymore for 24 hours... its being saying this for the past few days and i aint even downloaded one yet

if you'll notice, the place limits downloads to users with fewer than X number of posts to like 175 for all users, total, every day. Try really early in the morning, right after it resets.... or, just become an active member of their community.
