I wanted to upload some of my recordings, but I don't see any upload option...
I thought you can upload files here.
Well, where can I upload the files and then post links here??

You have to have the files hosted elsewhere then you can post links to them. For photos you can use Sony's Imagestation or Kodak's Easyshare sites. Not sure where you can get videos or sound files hosted, but I'm sure someone here else does. The easiest way is to have your own website.
