Re: Big Trouble solo !!

It's good man, but I really wanted there to be the tapping part. That's the bit I find most challenging. Your tone is good BTW

Re: Big Trouble solo !!

Current set up is an Ibanez 2550 ,cubase2 ,Guitar rig 2...and thats it really,i dont even have an amp !

Apparently Steve used the 'green meanie' charvel thru a 100w Marshall head into a 4/12 cabinet..which must have been nice lol

Whats your setup like ?
Do you use the bootleg version to solo over ? I had to time stretch it by 1.05% or so to match the timing of the original !!
It starts to go out of sync towards the end a little tho bit its pretty good.

Re: Big Trouble solo !!

I'm just using a pod 2.0 + RG1570 and yeah, the bootleg track

Props for having the nads to post your stuff. I plan to do the same when my recording set-up gets sorted. My protools MBox is not working at the moment.

Re: Big Trouble solo !!

I was really looking forward to the tapping bit - great tone though.

Have you heard the spanish version of EEAS or the demos - don't know if they're still on the DLR site but great to hear

I think i could play it i just dont really like it that much....its still a great solo i just think the tapping part is a bit of tapping overkill.
