there may be some similarities but I don't think it's a blatent rip-off in any way. Hell, we're all influenced by Vai here

I changed the mix a bit coz the pannings in the previous version sucked, and I added some guitar noise in the end.

it has almost the same melodic intervals as the crying machine...and the changes are almost close to the crying machine...it sounds way too much like it.
