I haven't read the thread through fully, so apologies if this has already been posted, but over at satrianiforum.com, we've had a thread like this running for ages, only with JSs instead of JEMs and UVs (as you should well know, Flobanez - shame on you for not linking to it!). Here's a link to the pictures only thread: http://satrianiforum.com/index.php?showtopic=1285

The discussion thread is on that same board, and has quite a few pics that aren't in the pics only thread, but it's 50+ pages long, bit of a slog for anyone who hasn't been keeping up with it regularly.

PS: Apologies for some of the awful efforts I made when I was still learning to add textures to guitars...there are quite a few in there that are horrible to look at. I never realised that at the time though.

Well, I would post them over there but these aren't JSs. They are UVs. Maybe I will anyway.

Edit: Posted them.

That's the spirit! I think there are a couple of JEMs and RGs in that thread already anyway.

I'm going to send the body off to Sim's for the handle and swirl, for some strange reason he doesnt do lion's claws, which isnt a big deal since swirls hide it anyways..
That's looking very sweet .
