Hey guys, short solo idea for my College composition, comments?

Hullo all, this is a short 8 bar (4 bars repeated) chord progression that i've created to be used as the solo section for my first year College composition.

I'm hoping for some feedback basically even though the clip is very short. The song is called 'The Last March', my intention was to create a song that would portray 2 medieval/renaissance type armies preparing to enter battle, then fighting (the solo section) and then an aftermath kind of scene.

The recording is more or less completed, it's just in pieces lol I need to re-record everything and put it together.

Anyway, i'm 16 and have been playing guitar seriously for about 6 years, i've been having lessons for a year, this is my 4th composition and the first composition i've attempted in a style that i've chosen and been happy with (first 3 compos were for GCSE music).

Here's the link to my soundclick page: http://www.soundclick.com/bands/4/st...lamukmusic.htm It's the recording at the top.

Thanks
