I got my ass kicked by a 15 year old girl on Friday night. And she could easily have killed me if she wanted to, but she took pity on an old man.

The vid is fine, Chelsea is a good enough guitar player. I really like that (apparently) mahogany Charvel though

She's a great player. It's fantastic seeing females with that skill level playing stuff like EJ, Steve Morse, Randy Rhodes, Paul Gilbert etc.

TongueShredder, couldn't agree more about giving up. It's quite depressing really, after seeing Cesar, Gustavo, Tagima and Chelsea, to name a few, i think it's time i took up spoons.

i feel joy when i see female guitarists, it´s so frickin´cool seeing someone of the OTHER gender ripping it off, it´s a way too rare sight! i vote for more female guitarists...

if i get a little girl some day, she will know the way of the guitar... and also, if i have a son, HE will know the way of the guitar... also, if i get one of both, then they BOTH will know the way of the guitar!

unless they are conjoined twins... then they will be a FOUR-HANDED GUITAR GOD!

also, i don´t mind a 16 year old girl being better than me technically, because technicality gets you nowhere... it´s what you create with it that matters.

if she makes it big time with her cover songs, it won´t be because she´s good at playing the songs, it´ll be for the fact that she´s a 16 year old girl that´s good at playing the songs...
