For the tone all i used was my podxt with a patch i got from line6's user library.

A 7 string also....tough to keep the lowB quiet? Or did you wrap a bandana around the first fret?
I've always wanted to learn that, now I gotta go give it an attempt.

Thanks Entopy! The low B wasn't really a problem for me to keep quiet. I found the other strings would ring more. I try to keep them muted with my picking hand palm. Sometimes I would just use and ole sock or a girls elastic for pony tails. I know its a cheatin way of doing it...lol.
