Kirk Performs

OK, no jokes about how horribly I play - I haven't rehearsed in ages. The quality sucks, but its something to look at.

Let me set this up. I played with a couple of guys several years back. We all got heavily involved in our family lives which broke us up. Well, I finally found a way to get us back together again, and this is the result:

I gurantee that you'll probably watach a few seconds of it. Anyway hope it makes at least one person smile......

Re: Kirk Performs

I always try to put the best face on things but you did quite the opposite there. Good guitar playing and not bad drumming but the bassist has to go :P.

Re: Kirk Performs

I thought the bassist was a spot on replacement for the real deal. For real.

Pink RG on the wall? If so, WHY ARE YOU PLAYING STRAT? ;-) LOL (Just kidding - I grew up on an LP Custom!) That's a great vid - I'm married with kids, too, and now they've bought a dulcimer so they can jam. Guess they got jealous! You're good!

Re: Kirk Performs

Thanks for the comments guys. After posting that I said "hmm, maybe two people will enjoy that, the bassist (bob) and the drummer (miles.)" I've been trying to get those guys over to play a bit, but everyone is too busy. Or maybe they don't like me (or my playing.)

My daughter played the bassist "Bob" and she still can't quite figure out what I was doing.

I did grab the RG first, but the backing track is tuned down 1/2 and the Strat has a blocked bridge so its easier to detune.
