Metal again :)

http://ameba.lpt.fi/~vilkmati/Sontaa/Bloodline_v3.mp3

There you go. Just re-recorded it with GT-8 and Jem77FP. How do you like it?

The beginning of the solo got quite wicked and fast and the rest of it's just a piece of 5hit.

Comments, anyone?

Re: Metal again :)

Sounds a bit muddy or muffled. Definitely got some tight riffs though.

Might be because there's no real bass guitar in there. Didn't even bother to do any mastering on this one.

Re: Metal again :)

Very nice. I guess if that got no so growling vocals, I would really enjoy it.

Re: Metal again :)

Well, it will have some kind of deathmetal/blakcmetal vocals

But on other tunes we'll have some clean female vocals as well. Will post 'em when they're final and ready to go. A lifetime project, y'know

Re: Metal again :)

Great stuff.....i really enjoyed that

Could see myself going nuts in a mosh pit there

Ignore the oldies and put some nasty vocals on it

The rhythm guitar tone reminded me a bit of Dimmu Borgir!

+1.

If you want to turn that track into a total joke, go ahead and put a growling idiot on it. Don't lower yourself to that level dude, you don't need to do that.

Re: Metal again :)

How about a singer with a high voice? Marc Boals or someone with that kind of caliber!

Re: Metal again :)

Instrumental is the way to go. You limit your audience somewhat, but excluding the kind of morons who appreciate growling or blokes sounding like they have their balls trapped in a vice from good music is nothing to be ashamed of.

Vocals. Pffff. They ruin music. Unless of course it's Stevie Wonder, Marvin ***e, Corey Glover, or Dick Lucas.

EDIT: I cannot believe Marvin G a y e is blanked out.
