I saw them at Earls Court twice last year at Xmas. I saw them on the Friday and the Saturday and they effing rawked! The latter one (Saturday 21st) was especially good because it was their last gig of the tour, and near Xmas too. And there were moshing Santa's!!
I am a HUGE Metallica fan, and they are my favourite band bar none. I am not a huge fan of the new stuff however, but luckily for us they only played 2 tracks off of St. Anger at those gigs!
It made me and my mates laugh though. Because when they played Frantic and Dirty Window, Kirk did a solo for both!! So why on earth didnt they include it? They were good solos too dammit.
Awesome track this though. You just cant beat Old Skool Metallica. It will never die out or go out of fashion. Classic.
