The majority of them were stolen from my site, and no, I'm not in the least happy about it. The rest were stolen from the Euro Vintage site.

You can possible write the Host provider, for stolen material... they might act on it...

I think it's time for Harry and I to just join forces and both host all the scans. An idea anyway. Not like I dodn't direct everybody to his site for vintage as it is.

Yeah, and doing some watermark or something to ID your pics.

they'd just cut the watermarks out. If they're bound to steal them they'll steal them. You can't mistake who's they are though, every fold and wrinkle is like a fingerprint. Compare and you know they're stolen.

Please don't flame me for saying this, i'm just curious, but really arn't the catalogs a copyright of Ibanez and you really can't do much if someone steals your copies, since really they arn't yours anyways. again, not trying to start a argument war or anything..

Reproduction rights belong to Hoshino Gaki of course. But if you had spent 2 months straight scanning you'd be plenty pissed when somebody else steels your work and sticks it on their site.

Yep, I know what its like, back when I did Computer Graphics I had people steal my stuff and use it on there own websites..

Well if it makes you feel better, I think you put more effort into your contribution then she did. I couldn't watch thta thing more than once or twice, I've checked out the catalog scans many times. And believe me when I tell you generally I'd rather see lady "gems" than Ibanez jems anyday.
