Need help making CD covers

Hey, First I just want to say happy new year to everyone.

I need help making the front and back cd covers, and liner notes for my cd. I have adobe photoshop 7.0, and was wondering if there was a tutorial for creating cd covers. If not, anyone know of a good program to do this with?

photoshop's a great tool for special effects and all. But hm... maybe if you'de like to use illustrator which happens to be a little easier if you happen to be a beginner. It works fine for me when i was just learner. But well, hope this link helps:-

Basically, my advice is to be a little experimental with it. Just like any layout, only in a CD cover form! =) and Plese don't forget the important details : band name, album name etc..
