Neon dream comes alive! (pics inside)

Some thought it couldn't be done, some thought it shouldn't be done but my Yamaha RGX110 has just been turn from quite a rocky looking guitar into a full on 80's shred machine.
The original white finish was knack'd and I knew I had to refinish her. The only sensible option seemed to be "sparkle neon yellow"

Here she is !


..and in all her 80's glory

on another subject.. d'y'know. even my wife agrees that Ibanez guitars are boring colours nowadays

I don't know what it is, but there's something about bright/neon guitars with H-X-X and one knob that really turn me on.

I'm thinking of getting hold of a pink Jem knob and putting a couple of pink bobbin tops on the humbucker. What do you guys think ?

wow, damn thats a cool color. Something tells me though that thats a really hard color to photograph right..
