Laser level the neck to body before I drill the neck holes.

LOL I don't know what your looking at. Maybe it's the pink lamp. There is a bottle of polish in front of it with a polishing cloth on top.

Here she is with strings. It plays great and sounds AMAZING unplugged. I don't know if it's the fact that I used laquer instead of the poly thats found on most new guitars nowdays but this guitar is so resonant it's unbelieveable. I can't wait to get some pickups in there.

Almost done. I need to get some spacers for under the pots. The knobs are too high. Correct capacitor for the tone pot, a switch tip, then new strings, in a month or two a final wet sand and polish. Maybe some sheilding in the pickup cavity. I'm going to try it like this first and see how it is.
Plays very very nice. From my first day playing it I'd say it sounds great but I think I'm going to want a humbucker in the bridge. I am going to give it a chance like this first though.
btw, the pickups are Fender USA Vintage.
