That's it. I quit.

Just amazing guitar work. Plays the guitar like he could also fold clothes or something else at the same time.

I've got chunks of guys like this in my stool!

But seriously. I suck. If I grew two more arms I don't think I could keep up.

no disrespect to stanley, but check out kiko loureiros tapping, he does to lead parts at the same time, not chording like stanley does.
you can find it for download on any p2p program but it is more technical and imo sounds better, but thats because i dont like jazz
stanley still is amazing
kikos is better

ON meting Stanley Jordan....

Last summer, I saw Stanley Jordan in St. Louis from the front row. It was an amazing show and he was one of the nicest people you could ever meet in your life during the "meet & greet."

He anounced that he was going to conduct a private session the following night for a few lucky guitarists, so the following night me and three other people jammed with him for almost 4 hours.

I have to say that his insight to the guitar and being a musician in general were astounding. (I'd be glad to share some liner notes to anyone interested)

The man is an amazing guitarist, a great composer, and just a geat person.

I find it sickening that some of the greats out there are on such an ego trip. Especially when so many of them are either overrated or simply a flash in the pan. I have no use for these clowns.

The man truly changed my whole perspective on playing.
