Awesome stuff. Yeah, how are you going to adjust the pickups heights? I'm guessing the screws are through the back within a cavity?

Thanx.
They will be a fixed height adjustment.
Actually i do adjustments to those 2 screws on regular pickups once and i never touch them again.
It will be properly measured and will be in the correct height, with no adjustments since i really don't use them.
If i need some more adjust on the future, it's a very easy mod.

Wow! man great project ,you are very talented and lucky to be learning from your friend.
Some people have great guitar concepts in their heads but cannot make them a reality.
You are making your visions in to a reality.
I need to find a friend like yours and learn how to make my own guitars.
And thank you very much for the pictures and video it really inspires me.

any chance of a profile shot so we can see that archtop?
(guitar, not you tubarao, no offense!!)
looks like an awesome guitar. i think that if i ever fancied properly modding my RG1527 i would take the sharp edge off the front of the body by sanding it round at 45 degrees.
Also that heel looks stunning!
Very impressed!
