Hey everyone, here is the instrumental version of my newest song

Nice chord progression. Did you make the backing? I liked some of your ideas, escpecially the backwards part and the cool effected tones. A couple of things if I may, the lead got a little squirrely at times. I think you should work that part out again. Did you save the mix? Hopefully....

Also, the backwards part, as cool as it is, is obviously the same lick just stuck in different places in the mix. I think it would be cooler to play the same part over again each time to give the tune a less "sampled" feel, if you know what I mean.

Overall I think the tune is a jem

, it just needs some extra polish imho.

Thanks for listening and commenting. ya, the solo is improv so thats why it may seem squirrely. But i can always go back to it, i'll see what i can do, i have a lot of projects.

Check out "On Saturday" as well.

Hey i really enjoyed that. It's cool where the backwards lick comes in. I think it's really catchy.

The panned left and right phasing/delays gives me a headache though lol Maybe loose that or tone it down a bit

I also think the progression is indeed really cool

I'm checking out some of your other stuff now!

Very typical JEM sound you got there! And nice playing....
I did not like your "What do you want from me" because of the annoying effects used but I did like your "On Saturday". I think that one sounds very cool!

ya, i knew some wouldn't like the verses, and their effects. but i had a version with singing which i didn't like at the time so i transcribed it to guitar. i may redo it sometime, but i've actually got hooked onto it.
