Who's this guitarist?

Can someone tell me who this guitarist is? i saw him on an internet video:

i'm not sure whether or not he is playing an ibanez, but it looks like one...

As above, John Petrucci, from Dream Theater, playing his old UV on the "Lie" video. Amazing solo, even if i prefer the second one of the song
