I've got tickets for the Jones Beach show, I think it's August 28th. I hope it doesn't rain!

I was so incredibly stoked when I saw the Yes/DT announcement. They are two of my favorite bands. I went for the "gold" level ticket, so I'm pretty much assured a good seat. I've been checking the Yes site for set lists and it looks like a great show. Who is opening? Yes' website mentions that DT is "supporting" yes' tour, so I would deduce that DT is opening (?)

Can't wait. I'll be at the show in Holmdel, NJ. One week after the Rush show!

I'd assume that DT is opening, but if they get a decent amount of time it won't matter.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure that DT is opening. It's a respect thing as DT probably wouldnt even entertain headlining over Yes.

I got my ticket for the show here in town Couldn't afford front row, so I got balcony, so I'm in the front row of the back, which puts me just behind the middle But I'm above everyone so I'll be able to see well

And it says "Featuring" Dream Theater so I'm hoping it'll be a full-length set

DT is opening for Yes - not coheadlining. Short DT set. Checkout the DT website for setlists. Seems like more 6DOIT material that TOT. It also seems like DT is playing the same set night after night.

Yes has been one of my favorite bands for years, but I would really rather see equal length sets, with a DT/Yes jam at the end of the show. Back in the day Yes really helped to push the limits of prog rock - now they seem to be releasing this uninspired, unadverturous, lobotomized vocal based bland adult contemporary music. I blame Jon Anderson. He needs to step back and let that talented band rip.
