How do I get backstage

I've bought 2 tickets to Joe Satriani show in Seattle, and one question just burns in my head. How do I get backstage to take an autograph, photo, signature on my guitar, whatever? There should be a way. I've come from accross the globe here, and part of the reason was that I'm a guitar nut, and all my guitar gods live in the US. So it would be kinda nice to say hi to one of the greatest.

I'd appreciate any info on the topic. Thanks.

Do you have a nice rack?

If not, the only way you're getting backstage is luck. Or winning a contest or something. Sorry to burst your bubble bro. If you're interested in meeting Joe, try waiting by his tour bus after the show. You will have a better shot at meeting Joe that way rather than trying to get backstage.

I think Vai fan club members can get aftershow passes just about any time they want. I also know that Satriani's club picks people to have aftershow access as well.

Join the fan club.

I'm participating in Satriani fan club drawing. Odds are 1:34 so far.

Good advice. The ever so cool guy Rich Pike fixed me up with a aftershow pass a few years ago. All I had to do was write him an e-mail and ask.

The fan club is the way to go! Good luck!
