When I came back from work, I found my copy of the limited edition of "sound theories" that I ordered on Vai.com....

And inside, there it was!! the satin pass to aftershow meeting to any date of the tour!!!!

I'm so lucky on this one, because I've never won at any game or contest!!

I can't wait to meet Steve, this Friday in Milan!!!!
I'll have to bring something to get signed! Maybe my vinyl copy of Passion & Warefare.....

I have no idea, I was thinking of keeping it in the trunk of my car until the end of the show. I do know someone at the H.O.B. who may be able to have it stashed someplace for me. I don't know yet.

Twice I've actually put a guitar in a gig bag and brought it to a Vai show. I had the coat check girl put it in a special place and I tipped her $5 upon handing the guitar over.

Worked for me.

And I never heard anything back from those venues I emailed either. Figures. Why even have emails if you're not going to respond. I'm calling them both tomorrow - day off.
