Hi all,

For those of you who have seen the Ibanez MTM1 (Mick Thompson signature), it has inlays running from first to fifth frets, saying "SEVEN".

It runs up to the fifth fret.
It's a six-string guitar.

So my question is... does anyone know why it says "seven?"

All the band members of Slipknot were originally only publicly identified by their numbers one to nine and always wore their masks for interviews and public appearances.

Mick's number is Seven like Jim's is Four. Mick actually has the same "seven" logo tattooed on his arm.
