a rammstein Q for americans/germans

in their new video "america" is the lyrics offensive in any way?
or are the just making fun of the states?
or do the seriously mean that it's "wunderbar"?

...my german is rather rusty...

The lyrics i found on the net were not offensive in any way, just a little ironic. They used a metaphor of dancing to show how America is trying to lead the world (or that's at least how I interpret the lyrics)
