BINGO BONGO Paul Gilbert News
This sounds pretty cool.
"SPECIAL NAMM SHOW CONCERT FOR IBANEZ GUITARS
Jan 17th Sheraton Park Hotel, Anaheim, CA.
This show is not open to the public. Tickets are only available through Ibanez guitars at the NAMM show. I will be performing a set with my solo band and a special one-time concert with RACER X. Andy Timmons and his band will be opening the show. This concert will celebrate the 20th anniversary of my signature Ibanez PGM guitar.
I will be doing an autograph session at the Ibanez booth at 3pm on Friday, Jan. 16th as well."

I wish it were easier to go to a NAMM show.

I was waiting for you to say that.
Kinda figured if anyone knew it would be you.
He sure deserves a 20th.

Since my dad works with Yamaha on pianos and tech related to pianos he can get into NAMM but from the pics he has, it isn't as amazing as I imagined it to all be.

Well we have asked Paul, and he will neither confirm or deny the existence of such a model. All I can get out of him is, "...be sure to check out the new
models
at NAMM...".
Key word being "models".
Only a month away, so I can wait.

Re: BINGO BONGO Paul Gilbert News
So would a 20th PGM model be the RG in dark blue/purple with pink pups and pink f holes ? Cause that would be what Id be after... Maybe clear Fholes that can change colors with LED's....
My mind is racing,,,

Re: BINGO BONGO Paul Gilbert News
I was at my buddys shop today, looks like there is gonna be a 20th.
He didn't have alot of info, all he could confirm was that a rep mentioned after the NAMM there would be a 20th.

I just hope there is some high quality footage taken at the show. Be awesome to see some Racer X action.

Re: BINGO BONGO Paul Gilbert News
I'm thinking of getting the body for this made by Jaden (not sure who'll do the paint yet!).
I am going to use the neck and bits from an RG570.
I was going to do this paint on the RG but I saw Paul in Bristol recently....so...

You think Ibanez would based the anniversary model off something other than the RG?
I am really hoping for both a Fireman and a nice 20th.
