Blues Saraceno

Any Blues Saraceno fans? Anyone know what he is up to these days? I felt he was destined for greatness in the like of Satriani and Lynch but I haven`t heard anything in a long time. Any info?

Re: Blues Saraceno

I think Blues is awesome. The only thing that I actually own of his is the release he did in Poison. Tasty player. I was kinda wondering about his whereabouts myself....

Re: Blues Saraceno

i have the hairpick album and the album with Poison (crack a smile?) and his tone is absolute amazing. The guitar just sings...I think he have one of the most amazing tones and besides he has an amazing sense of melody and hook.

It's a shame he doesn't release as many albuns as he should :-/

I like some of their music (hey I'm a child of the 80s), my wife has all the cds and so

I was fortunate enough to catch Poison with Saraceno live, although I like C.C. on stage, Blues just blew my mind. he played the solos "quoting" parts of CC, but made them sound 10x more fluid and melodic.

One of my favorite players of all time, need to get more of his stuff. Very tasty is a great way to describe his tone and chops....one of the cleanest players I've heard too. Actually, Dave Weiner reminds me a bit of Blues, very clean playing, not a ton of gain on the amps. Blues has what might be the best tone on the planet in my opinion.
